Minipack Digit FM 90 - One Step Shrink Wrap Machine
Designed for applications involving the shrink wrapping of large products, the Minipack Digit 90 has a large 51 in x 32 in x 5 in. seal/shrink chamber. To ensure a fast and even shrink, the unit comes equipped with a 208 Volt/60/3 phase, 25 Amps 6700 Watts motor allowing the operator to wrap up to 5 items per minute. This unit is suited for shrink wrapping large prints, posters, and large boxes, using a wide variety of shrink film. The Digit 90 has a digital control panel with 6 working programs available directly and controls all machine functions.
The Digit FM 90 also features: Minipack’s Patented system with transparent hood to get both sealing and shrinking in one only operation (without tunnel); sealing is done by a Teflon coated impulse ‘sealblade’ ; diagnostic system that provides error code to assist equipment troubleshooting; two working modes (sealing only or sealing+shrinking), mobile stand with locking casters and adjustable product work table, micro-perf wheels included.
