The Intimus packaging material shredders provide for a unique type of corrugated recycling: they transform used corrugated cartons into valuable padding material and packaging filler. The resulting stuffing materials ensure reliable protection during shipping – even for sensitive and heavy goods.
Handling is simple and convenient: simultaneously, the PacMaster cuts the used corrugated cartons into the required width and converts them to bulky stuffing mats by the specially patented cutting shafts. (Initial cardboard cutting must be performed manually for the PacMate, which is a smaller, portable machine.)

The corrugated boxes are simply cut to the required format in the preliminary cutter. The working surface has standard size guides marked on it and along with the sliding guide, accurate cutting is guaranteed. The strips are then fed into the inlet where specially patented cutting shafts turn them into bulky packing mats.
