Revolution R410 is a cast, co-extruded blend of specialty polyethylene grades, including metallocenes. R410 offers a significant yield advantage through downgauging which helps users drive down their cost per pallet wrapped.
This film is designed to optimize stiffness and load containment without giving up puncture and tear resistance. Similar to Pliant's R122 machine film, R410 hand wrap provides increased integrity and requires fewer roll changes when compared conventional hand wrap. In addition, R410 clings well to prevent unwrapping after securing a shipment and does not neck-in when wrapping pallet loads, covering the surface more evenly and thoroughly, further reducing film usage per load.
