Josef Kihlberg JK1219 Steel Strapping Tool
The JK1219 steel strapping tool is just as convenient, simple and easy to use as it needs to be! The 1219 is three steel strapping tools in one: tensioner; cutter and sealer. Additionally, steel seals are no longer required because the JK1219 creates a 'sealess' crimp that secures the strap.
The JK1219 steel strapping tool can strap heavy packages, both horizontally and vertically. You get a problem-free tool that just keeps on going - year in and year out. With a JK1219 you can seal normal quality steel straps quickly and securely. The tool is completely manual and needs no external connections. There are no plastic parts to split or break and you don't need seals or other accessories. A three year guarantee tell its own story!
With a JK1219 the strap's secure in a few seconds. The punched strap edge is automatically curved inwards, to prevent gashes. You can apply up to 5000N tension, equivalent to a weight of more than 500kg (1,102.3lb). Since seals aren't needed to secure the strap, it's also easy to check that the strap has correct joint and profile. If for any reason the package moves and slackens the strap, you can also re-tighten it. You never need to put on a new strap! The JK1219 is easily reset for three different strap widths: 0.5, 0.63 and 0.748in (12.7, 16 and 19mm).
The JK 1219 is admirably suited to either horizontal or vertical strapping of pallets, boxes, cartons, bales and other transport packaging.
