Manual Stack Paper Cutters require an operator to physically lift and press down on a lever. The lever works on a spring mechanism, thus reducing the amount of actual force required. The clamping system and back gauge are both manually adjustable for precise cuts of up to 750 sheets of paper or cardstock at once.
