Josef Kihlberg JK20T777L Pneumatic Plier Stapler
The JK777L (JK20T777L) heavy duty pneumatic plier stapler is designed to
drive medium crown 1/2" (12 mm) staples into corrugated and solid
fibre-board for fastening of two thicknesses of double wall or four
thicknesses of single wall board.This is a lightweight tool, yet built
with the durable Josef Kihlberg quality, featuring wide mouth
opening,deep throat, easy quick load, using JK20T-777 "wide ribbon"
staples in three leg lengths from 3/8" to 5/8"(10 mm to 16 mm).The
unique design provides pre-compression of corrugation as the staple is
driven, which insures a tight clinch without breaking the surface area
of the board.The jam clearing mechanism provides easy clearing of jammed
fasteners preventing costly down time.For easier service and
maintenance of this tool, sets of spares are available, containing parts
that are most subject to wear.
The model L differs from the standard plier by its double capacity magazine. It is therefore best suited for applications involving frequent stapling.
Applications:
Stapling corrugated board packaging. Particularly suitable for container lids and end plates, also cardboard tube lids.
